Paul Smith again conducts an almost a personal vendetta against Michael Baigent, particularly against his Jesus Bloodline proposal. If a Jesus bloodline is not important then what are the first 17 verses of Matthew all about? Why is it important to give all of the lineage from David up to Joseph husband of Mary mother of Jesus? Why is it that this "Carpenter" is given this status? If Jesus was 'King of the Jews' as the Magi said why aren't the reasons that this King failed to produce an heir spelled out in the New Testament, if only to give reason's why he didn't marry and he didn't reproduce. Smith doesn't know that they're faked only that they may not be Beringer Sauniere. Trivia in its most basic form. Sion Revelation - More Fantasies From Picknett and Prince More fantasies from Paul Smith. This is the most interesting thing here. "During the late 1980s Geoffrey Basil Smith informed me that he destroyed his Priory of Sion archive when I enquired about the correspondence he received from Philippe de Chèrisey – Picknett and Prince in turn claim that Geoffrey Basil Smith showed this material to them in 1999 and yet Geoffrey Basil Smith cannot prove their allegations to be correct because he recently informed me that these letters "mysteriously vanished". This is fact." So what was in this document? His laundry bill? You cannot prove your allegations to be correct either. The Sion Revelation has 530 pages and yet this is the best he can do. "The 1956 version of the Priory of Sion terminated in the same year that it was formed and had nothing to do with the Crusades, Godfrey de Bouillon, Merovingians, the Knights Templar or with the village of Rennes-le-Château – all these things became added when Pierre Plantard formed a partnership with Gérard de Sède during the early 1960s and these elements represented a literary deal between the two people as part of a book-selling agenda." A totally and utterly wild guess with no substance whatsoever born of a deep prior prejudice. One thing is clear about these three people (Plantard, de Chèrisey and de Sède), they didn't have a clue what the real story was and were simply used by others as part of an agenda to put out the concept of a Jesus bloodline. Rennes-le-Château Debunked - Debunked MY AS-pect For the record Pierre Plantard has ONLY confessed in court to not being a descendent of the Merovingian Bloodline and that he had made up (or simply guessed) an accusation that Roger Patrice Pelat had been a member of the Priory of Sion. In early March 1981, French president François Mitterrand went in the Aude valley or more exactly to Razès, the area in the south of Carcassonne containing Rennes le Chateau. The goal of its visit was the tiny village and it was filmed in high profile and yes he was looking for votes. Mitterrand had been instrumental in the construction of the glass pyramid at the Louvre and several other esoteric constructions. With him in his visit was a Roger Patrice Pelat, a French billionaire and was often seen in the French President's entourage. However Pelat died suddenly and unexpectedly during this visit. Plantard had accused Pelat as being the Priory of Sion Grand Master (bearing mind that Plantard had resigned this position some years earlier and was by then out of the loop). In an investigation into corruption against Pelat the French police took all of the Priory of Sion documents from Plantard's house and forced Plantard to give witness under oath in front of a judge Thierry Jean Pierre. It is here that Mr. Plantard de St Clair, the pretentious Saint allegedly claiming with the throne of France, and the PR rep at the public forefront claiming Grand Master of the Priory of Sion admitted that he was not after all descended from the Merovingian bloodline and that he had made up the story about Pelat. It may be that Plantard had been making an inspired guess for it seems that Roger Patrice Pelat was not satisfied simply to be a billionaire and had been convicted of corruption in dealings with several chemical companies. However Plantard was under the impression Pelat was also a Priory of Sion initiate and on February 6, 1989 Pelat was accused by Plantard of being the Grand Master of the Priory of Sion. At no point does Plantard say that the Priory of Sion was a hoax made up by himself and Philippe de Cherisey. But there has been a slight of hand here making Plantard's none bloodline confession a confirmation that it was ALL a hoax. It wasn't, we have NO evidence that this is the case but alas Pierre Plantard and Philippe de Chèrisey are no longer around to defend themselves. IF (and it's a big if) the Priory of Sion has
been around for centuries then they would try to defend themselves from exposure
even appointing sympathetic judges and using intimidation in order to preserve
their anonymity. Remember the accusation is that the Priory of Sion (or the
hidden order behind it; a Priory is after all a public portal to an Abbey) have
been controlling everything for 1000 years. Perhaps they still are, including
the forcing out of false confessions from former Grand Masters.
